Organize Your Space in 10 Minutes — Without Stress

Organization is not perfection.

A useful space is one that helps you find what you need, complete everyday tasks, and create less mental friction.

Choose one small zone

Pick one surface or area: a desk, kitchen counter, entryway, nightstand, or one drawer. Do not start with the whole room.

Use three simple categories

  • Keep: items that belong here and are used.
  • Relocate: items that belong somewhere else.
  • Let go: items you no longer need or want.

Make the frequently used visible

Place the things you use most often where they are easy to reach. The goal is not a beautiful system. The goal is a system you can actually maintain.

Your 10-minute micro-action

Set a timer for 10 minutes. Work on one zone. When the timer ends, stop and notice what became easier.

Remember

You do not need to organize everything today. One easier space can create one easier decision.
